How much does school result software cost in Nigeria?
Skolrun starts free, with up to 25 students with full results and report cards, no card required. Paid plans are a flat monthly fee per school, not per student, so your cost stays predictable as you grow.
Can parents check results online?
Yes. Every guardian gets a private portal link where they see only their own child's report card. You approve results first; nothing reaches a parent until the principal signs off.
Does Skolrun work with our school's grading system?
Yes. You set your own CA and exam weightings, grade boundaries, and remarks. Skolrun computes totals, grades, averages, and class positions from your setup, not a fixed template.
Do teachers need training to use it?
If a teacher can fill a score sheet, they can use Skolrun. Score entry is organised by class, subject, term, and session, the same way your school already thinks about results.
What if the internet fails on result day?
Teachers enter scores throughout the term, not only on result day, and every entry saves to the cloud as they go, so nothing is lost. Once report cards are ready you can print them or save them as PDF, so distributing results doesn't depend on a live connection on the day.
If something goes wrong, who helps us?
You deal directly with the people who built Skolrun, not a call centre. Reach us on WhatsApp and we respond fast and fix issues personally, and we stay on hand through your first term's result run.
Is our student data safe?
Each school's data is fully isolated, and access is role-based: teachers see their subjects, admins see their school, parents see only their child. You can export your data at any time.
